My name is Terez Eller and I am a dedicated printer technician with close to a decade in the business of repairing printers for the textile decoration industry. I started this company with the focus of providing exceptional, reliable, and completely transparent service and repairs for my customers that adhere to and surpass industry standards. I am factory-trained in the latest diagnostic and service methods/bulletins required by the manufacturers. As this is a fast moving industry, I am constantly adding certifications for new technology to go with my knowledge of the legacy units.
